admin help from scammer buyer" ruth01 " still charged 0.40 fee.
"FROM SELLER SUCCESSSAVER" This scammer buyer ruth01 has purchased 2 items from my store and Ebid email me to cancel the order because it was a suspicious buyer which I did cancel the orders and were charged 0.40 fee for those items sold. I have contacted customer support for the 0.40 fee credit which I get no response from customer support, but it still show up on my invoice.
When I'm going get this invoice fee credit?

If you contacted support......, Support@ebid.net, they will help sort it. Remember, they are in the UK so it's 10:30 pm here now -

I already have contacted ebid support on that day it had happen, last month.
Ebid support says to cancel the order because it was a suspect buyer which I did cancel the order, and contacted Ebid support to get the sales fee refunded, now I'm charged to that sales fee.
I hope that have here on the forum Admin or Moderator to check it out for help.

Maybe just contact support again. They are usually quite quick and helpful in sorting things out. I'm sorry that happened, but it's a good thing that eBid is cautious about suspect buyers and sellers. It probably saved you a bigger problem.

I think it is unreasonable to expect eBid to personally guide every user through every scenario - this is why there is a Help button at the top of the page.
Help > After the Auction > 26) How to cancel a sale then 27) Claiming fees.
.

Expecting the staff of a very small company like eBid to patrol the boards is too much. Email support@ebid.net!

Did this get sorted? As a new seller it's always useful to know what processes are involved when claiming back fees. eBid cancelling doesn't seem covered by the faqs.
Regular sales on the After Sales page
27) How can I claim back a final value fee?
- You will have the option to claim back your Final Value Fees 3 days after the second payment reminder has been posted in the After Sale Log (ASL).
- You must have left Negative or Neutral feedback and reported the bidder as an NPB (non paying bidder).
- You will then see the option 'Refund Final Value Fee' in the ASL drop down menu. Reclaimed fees are recredited to your eBid account.
- Sellers are not eligible for a Final Value Fee (FVF) credit if they refuse to sell the item in accordance with the auction terms.
- Item returns cannot be accepted for a final value fee refund.
& this added on the Contact Us page:
- If you have any other query regarding fee reviews, please provide us with the username, auction ID and the text of the feedback you have left them (if applicable) and we will review.
- However, if you have opted for a "Featured" or "Frontpage" listing and the successful bidder backs out you will need to take this up with the bidder.
Also bit concerning that a sale can't be cancelled if payment's been made?
Re: admin help from scammer buyer" ruth01 " still charged 0.40 fee.
If you refund the payment, you can cancel the sale, especially if eBid have told you not cancel. And, if in doubt, email support@ebid.net.
Waiting for admin to find something on the forum is a waste of time.
Really, inknook, eBid are not out to just take your money and run. I've never lost money on a cancelled sale yet (and I've a little bit of feedback...)

Drop support an email, we are normally very fast in refunding erroneous fees. If you did then let me know the ticket ID and I'll see how it played out.
