Got a Problem? Read this please.

Hi all,

Please leave FULL and SPECIFIC details of the problem you are experiencing.

Some messages we receive are very slim on detail and are virutally impossible to answer straight away . eg. "I can't upload a photo. Why not?"

What activitiy were you trying to do? What page are you doing it on? How did you get to the page?

Are you trying to list a new auction, edit an auction, relist an auction etc.

Which auction are you relisting / editing etc. What photo are you uploading?

How did you get to the error? What did you click? etc..

Which browser and version are you using? Internet Explorer? v6, v7, v8? Firefox? etc

Which OS are you using?

This will help us replicate the problem and to get to the bottom of it much faster..

If you create a screenshot and upload it here or even better a screencast (a video of what you are seeing) using http://screencast-o-matic.com/ then it will save us so much time in finding a solution.
