Ebid Bootcamp
I decided earlier this yeat to make a determined effort to get fit so started circuit training at my local Curvres centre on August 1st.
I now work out on hydraulic resistance machines 3-5 times a week and it's great fun...
What ways are you all using to keep fit?

I cycle when it's not wet ... or windy ... or cold .... so I'm not very fit! ;)

I carry boxes of duvet sets about, including up and down stairs. Seems to keep me fit without the need for anything else.

I have just unloaded 3 pallets of boxes off a van and put them into a little lock up garage which may have been easy but for the full pallet that was just inside the door which I had to lift each box over. The only fit that comes to mind at the moment is fit to die.

I managed an early morning workout today.
I managed to get up off the floor which was a relief to the instructors as they didn't need to lift me up.
I was at the local medical centre later on and several people noticed that not only had I lost weight but I wasn't using a walking stick.

These days I eat better by preparing meals I find on fitness websites,workout at home mainly,take my supplements like clockwork and when Im not so motivated Ill watch an workout routine by one of the more knowledgeable guys from bodybuilding.
