Expensive items are not really fast selling here but they do go. If you decide to sell here - list at a price you would be happy to receive as there is little competition, list tons, do some buying to get a bit of feedback, list some lower priced items to build confidence in you as a seller and then, be patient. I wouldn't advise using any listing enhancements - just list with an autorepost (run till sold isn't usually great though it has its uses).
You need a Buy it now price to get onto Google shopping.
