Hi,
a newish buyer (feedback of 3) won a £2 inc postage item from me last week and decided to use PPPay. I got an email from PPPay to say that the payment was pending as the buyer had not verified but I have been in email contact with the buyer who insists that he is verified and has bought several items on ebid useing PPPay. He has apparently emailed ebid to ask what the problem is but recieved no reply. Can I check if he is verified?
