Possible UK delays
Some of us have been having some hefty storms, which I gather are set to continue.
At home, we have a brick wall which collapsed in the wind!
Royal mail arent stating any delays, but bear in mind people may have trouble getting to POs if in rural areas, or RM may have fun navigating floodwaters and trees down.
Here in Devon (south west) we have had some really bad storms on and off since mid December.
Basically, please bear in mind that there may be issues.

Re: Possible UK delays
I came down the M40 from Birmingham tonight at 55-60mph, as my poor little car kept getting buffeted around in the wind and rain. At one point, it almost blew into the next lane. Scary. I just sat behind lorries and slow-moving vehicles so that I wouldn't be going slowly on my own. And it was so sunny and calm this morning.

Re: Possible UK delays
yep, its bad out there, on and off. Mum saw on the TV that we have another month of this!
Sellers and buyers, just do stay in communication over delays and whatnot!

Update (covers us in the Southwest) on Royal Mail website: (now where I am is badly affected, we have had it bad in the pre-xmas ones too)
Service Update for customers in South West England on Saturday 4th January last updated at 00:33
General Update
Normal weekend deliveries and collections should be made in all parts of the South West of England on Saturday. However, in areas affected by the current bad weather, we will be delivering and collecting mail only where access is possible and it's safe for our people to do so.
