So visitors can click on "Date Lined Pottery 1910-1939 Art Deco" but it looks like my 200+ glass items don't exist and there are none on ebid. :(

I agree, can't fault them when it comes to resolving technical problems quickly. But categories are something else, still only 3 visible for glass on the Home Page "Browse Ebid" panel.
