Possibly the dvd was a copy or evebn an illegal VCD.. also the seller coudl have givin false detials etc leading to all his acutions being pulled

if you can sell on ebid w/ a validated credit card you can start any mind of auction (i think)

open the auction and at the top of the page look for a button called update / delete...

pretty easy from there :)
