    Using - in titles?

Does anyone know if using a hyphen in an item's title impacts on search results?

    Re: Removing buyer questions?

Thanks for the replies xx I might try the block/unblock thing as I can't relist or start again without losing all the 'bespoke' variations on it.

It's a clunky way to sort things though, wishing...

    Removing buyer questions?

What are the options when it comes to removing a buyer's question on the item page? Can it be made private or do I have to end the listing to get rid of it?

    TIA xx

Re: Encouraging customers to leave feedback?

That's really interesting thank you. I had been conditioned into waiting even though 'over there' as a seller it's only positive or report. Will definitely give this a try.

    Re: eBid Tape?

Isn't eBid already set up to send items internationally? Sell, form fill, package, pop to the post office? First new news about this was over a month ago, that's a terrible lead time if it's a print...

    Encouraging customers to leave feedback?

    How? Grateful for any tips.

I currently include a note on the packing invoice & always try to mention feedback if we're messaging but other than that how else to remind buyers to pop back for this?

Re: Adding video to listings, worth it?

Great ideas thanks. I do struggle with the camera settings that control lighting for stills so mirrors would be an intersting route.

If it came to a choice I'd rather see management hiring more staff to cover the obvious toll that recoding the site/back end has taken. New features get everyone talking & social media is faster (&...

    Re: Creating shipping label

I wouldn't give my number to a seller even if asked. This isn't eBid's problem it's Fedex's, what did their support say when you contacted them?

Fedex sounds like a right pain. I'm in the UK but never encountered a courier that demands the customer's phone number! Hope you can get it sorted.

  24. Re: How to create listings with variations please help

Wooden hedgehog doorways are an excellent idea, most of the ones available online seem to be plastic so this would be great for choice.
