I don't see an option to enter all the multiple colour options I require. The drop-down menu has no option for "Blonde", "Light Grey", and "Dark Grey", for example.

The issue is that the cost of "Other" will vary depending on what part of New Zealand the buyer lives in. Again, there currently appears to be no way of customising this in eBid's Shipping Options....
