    I would ask buyer politely to open a case with paypal for item not received and that you will refund them straight away. It gives some proof of claim.

    As a Seller I prefer PayPal on ebid, you can have two accounts for different listings, Micro for small payments and the standard for the rest.

    If you are only going to list a few things I would just stay as a Normal Seller. You can pay for listing upgrades.

    HP Omnibook 6100 is a great laptop, hope you can repair it.
