So I was reading through the Ebid Auction Posting Rules, and my question didn't seem to be addresssed. Are preorders allowed to be listed for video games? Or do you need the item in hand?

I know I've kept a couple of my games at a higher cost. Haven't had a chance to play them yet. :)
