So let's say I have an item that has 3 shipping options,
Free($0) - USPS Ground Advantage (the now retired first-class package),
$10 - USPS Priority.
$30 - UPS Overnight.

I entered them this...

If a UPC barcode is the only solution, I do actually have some unused codes available that were purchased from speedy barcode years ago.
Haven't tried an UPC barcode yet.
