Okay, then I like the vintage wine idea someone else suggested. You could maybe find a pair of antique wine glass to go with it, then they'll still have the glasses when the wine is gone!

Not sure if it would meet your budget but how about an overnight at a B&B somewhere nice, a gift certificate to a nice restaurant, tickets to a play or something along those lines?
