Yes they are both Chinese. The first one $800, is from Chinese Peoples Republic 1951 Peace Campaign (Stanley Gibbons 1511) The second one is from North East China People's Post 1950 Peace Campaign...

I´ve read about the rediculous Paypal policy and wondered if it was, in fact legal in Europe.

Thanks for the suggestions. I also use my own stock numbers, so have simply tagged these onto the end of the title. I've now listed over 150 items (not all the same!) and have had no more rejections....
