I think you should refer the £4 they owe you to a different debt collection agency, just to see how they like it :D

it could be a while yet, ive spent so much time reading forum tonight that I havent checked all the parts of the site i wanted to, let alone do anything useful like sorting out stock...

a couple of points on this one

1) royal mail lost post refunds

I wish i could remember where I saw it, there was a table with the statistics showing how much the RM paid out on lost postage...

being new and not used to the forum rules yet, I dare not answer that :D

Try Costco, they have a decent range at the moment.
