I believe all subscriptions are recurring, unless you cancel them. Go to you’re my ebid and then mySubscriptions you can cancel or upgrade there.

I see you are a power seller over there you must have quite a customer base. I'm sure your past customers would not mind an email suggesting they look here especially as your items are a bit cheaper...

The promotion was open on Friday and for that day only, so if you upgraded on any other day you will have been charged full price. I dont think it was Free either I'm sure there was a small charge...

If the seller sent the item by another method other than the stated "special delivery", then they have broken the terms of the auction as the postage stated will form part of the auction description...

Bit like asking feepay to accept pppay, me thinks.

Silver user's start new auction default is set to feature and allows upload to gallery, but silver users do not have access to thumbnails or is this waved if you purchase a featured auction?
