4. Importing of feedback, I think this needs looking into, it was possible, now not, unless using a site or whatever. Its a big wall holding back buyers and sellers coming over.

After logging on to Paypal click on the History Tab.
Then click on download my history Enter a from date (so basically when you first started using Paypal).
In the File types for download drop...

When using the paid / unpaid section I too also make a note in the comments section that the buyer has not paid if payment has not been received.
