So basically the Chinese Panda's that I bought earlier this year from Guernsey which was subjected to a 20% Vat, which had to be paid prior to collection, should have really just been a 5% Vat levy?...

They shouldn't give buyers/sellers the function to modify the feedback once it has been made. You shouldn't be able to give 'positive' feedback, then just change it to 'neutral' after having already...
