Buyer has e-mailed me saying that their leaving negative feedback. I relied to them offering a refund of item as that's...

I got form from PO and when i went back in said that buyer will need to claim as they have item which is damaged.

Will try and phone them.

Does make sence if they have the broken item though...

I have sent an item through the post, which when the buyer received it was broken.
I have spoken to the post office where i posted it and said about making a claim for it and was told becauase it...

I've had loads in the past and sent them to paypal.
Nothing seems to be one about it, but then again what can they do?
I just bounce them back to the sender.

Had a reply from Repatoo and it is to do with the eBid update.
They said it went out of sync when the update was on and should correct itself.
Mines come back now.
Just thought i'd let you know.
