Why is ebid changing me fees for a lifetime seller+ account? The regular seller account they do not. Did I pay a lifetime fee of $50 to get charged fees?

I'm trying to change from seller+ to a seller account, have followed the directions in the help section and have had no luck....thanks....Glenn
