I think there should be a NPB (Non Paying Bidder) process. Yes, you can post negative feedback but this really isn't much of a deterrant to potential NPBs. There should be some kind of report process...

I do agree it seems silly not to include cheques or postal orders but I have seen lots of similar auction listings before which include the same style of TOS. Lots of sellers have set payment methods...

Oh dear! That doesn't sound very secure. In theory someone could mask their email address and target newbies with fake account checks! I hope PPPay change this policy asap. xx

I can't see any problems offering FastPay and postal orders. You may also like to include direct bank transfers and Nochex.

FastPay is great - no fees to accept payments and only 20p to send payments. :D
