I would like to list an E Cigarette which contains no tobacco and is designed to help stopping smoking. I would like to know if it is against the rules to list such items.

To remove a bid.... copy the username of the bidder, go to 'My Blackball' and paste his/her name in there, then click 'remove current bids', unfortunatly you cant contact the buyer to apologise.

You can't close an auction after you have received a bid. I have put a notice on the listing asking bidders not to bid as item is no longer available.

I hate to do that to an innocent bidder.

They don't have any sales going and I can't see any way to contact.

I would hate that done to me.

I put a search in for user name and type in my own and all the rest of my posts come up bar the one referring to my complaints against pppay.com, which makes me think they have been erased for some...

When I do a search for my posts in the advanced search facility some of them are missing. Can I ask if they have been removed for some reason.?

It's sellers like that that ruin things for honest sellers.

They should be kicked off Ebid and all other auction sites.

I've noticed a trend recently of sellers starting bids at £1.

I nearly put a bid in on a last minute item but just noticed in time that postage was £38.

The particular item I was about to bid...

I've sent to a PO box address in the states and had no problem.

I made sure I had buyer's payment first before posting though.

I think on the other side you have to give your full credit card or bank details before you can become a bidder.

It would maybe keep kids from bidding if stricter joining terms were applied on...

My email to winning bidder came back to me as unknown address, so I thought I'll pay the 20p and email next bidder.

I would suggest that moderator's should come from members who have been the most helpful and contribute to the forum on say a daily basis.

There are members here who give excellent help to newbies...

Yes I know about the blackball list but haven't seen this seller's name on it.

It's early days yet as auction only finished yesterday so will give it a week before blackballing buyer.
