I closed all my listings a month ago. When I relisted on the 28th I have just found that all my descriptions have disappeared. Anyone know what has happened?

I included a link to join eBID on all my items for sale but when I click the link it takes me to a form with MY details on it. Can potential customers see this? :confused:

I received an email this morning saying eBid was deleting duplicated listings and now I only have TWO listings LIVE (out of 2099). HELP! :(

Every time I EXPORT to spreadsheet to make edits to my listings and then upload, the same 256 items are not overwritten. These were previously AUCTION items. I have purposely left the relevant...
