Good morning! Wet and windy here too. I have been up since 3.30 with my BP being very much on the low side. I have decided to skip my meds this morning to see what will happen. Left tea and coffee in the canteen and will now head back to my bunk. Night, night

Open letter to my GP following a conversation with him yesterday. After a few questions from me he admitted that the drugs he wants to prescribe are not to treat my condition but are just there as a preventative measure.

Dear Doctor, I don't have an angry personality, I don't sit around all day doing naff all. I don't eat junk food all day. I don't smoke 50 cigarettes a day and I don't spend half the day drunk so you can stick your dodgy preventative meds up your jumper.

Just been out searching for my recycling bins and sacks. Couldn't find my black rubbish sack then discovered that next doors was across the road and they had taken ours by mistake. This wind has a lot to answer for !

Private Mcc2 I don't care if it is windy I want you down the beach filling more sandbags !

Just as well you are sending it tracked and signed for as the postal system in Holland seems to have gone down hill since they have privatized and now use couriers. I've had trouble with the last two parcels I sent there, the first one turned up but very late and the second one was lost altogether, whereas I never had any problems sending to the Netherlands in the past.

Private Meebo I want you in your bunk today catching up on some 40 winks.

It was an open letter...meaning one that isn't sent

All heart failure patients in the UK are supposed to have a heart failure team and a nurse that home visits.

I asked the GP about this and he said since I don't take any meds I won't get this help. I have now been signed off the cardiology list and won't be sent further appointments.

As a by the way...I have been treating the heart failure without meds for more than 30 years but since my cardiac arrest it seems 'they' are the experts and I no nothing

Glad you put the kettle on Annie I needed once back from the dog walk, am getting fed up with this wind.

Well have managed to do the relists again, Somer has had 1 loss am afraid but we will list to make up for it.

You are right Sgt the wind has a lot to answer for, the last 2 hours they keep talking about a motoway than has fence pannels blown on to it

& here the black refuse bins keep blowing over , have ours & neighbours on our drive proped by the wall & hope the bushes behimd the wall will still protect them as all the bins out in the open they are blown over everywhere.

Blustery day today. I forgot the living room window was open when I went outside to move my wheelie bins back to their usual place.
