Morning - I'm here just - but not for long as we're having a practice run out today in the MH to make sure everything still works before the big road trip in June.
Quite a few weekends also booked throughout the summer as well - just hope we get the good weather like last year. But knowing our luck.......

I see another newbie snuck under the fence last night after I'd switched off the PC. Will have to follow Penni's example between postage editing

I hope Private Meebo is alright she seems to have gone AWOL. I hope she hasn't been admitted to the infirmary. There's been a distinct lack of 'special' coffee around here so you had all better watch out as you know I can't function properly without it !

Howdy. I hope you are all warm and keeping well. Philpott put up a trail cam near where a momma bunny has made a nest in the ground, so it's fun to see she sneaks back at 3 in the morning to check that the leaves are still covering the hole.

Getting to visit grandkids at the moment, so that's a nice change. The 3 2/3rds year old cracks me up. And she cracks herself up. And she lets everyone know. She has hit the teenage years early, as she probably knows everything, and kindly lets you know if she already knows something when you say it. lol.

Good morning! I am back, and sarge you suspected correctly - after my visit at the Marsden on Monday morning, I got a call from the to tell me to report to A&E at my local hospital as the kidney function test show very high creatinin. I didn't even get to shut the computer down before leaving being hustled out of the house by OH and daughter. I admit I didn't feel very well, but.....Anyway, they did tests and by 1 am had found me a bed ( I had sent family home once I knew I'd be staying) and have been there since yesterday afternoon. Lots of blood taken, tests done seen different people, and I think they still don't know what the cause is. Creatinin was still higher than it should be when I left there but at a much more reasonable level. Monday I am back at the Marsden - a week earlier than planned and a couple of days later I shall start a new chemo, as they decided the trial drug wasn't doing much for me. This time it's a tried and tested infusion and I know I will be bald the week after. But I can handle that. Sadly I had a s...e while I was away so I will now have to apologize to the buyer for being tardy in posting. Have a good day. I am going to sit in my recliner chair very shortly

Oh dear Private Meebo you have been through the wringer. I do hope the 'normal' treatment won't have such terrible effects on you as the trial. I'm glad they have stopped it at last. You take it easy my dear aide de camp, I'm sure others can take up the slack for a while and keep me pacified !
