I'm also due to go to the army barbers this lunchtime Lieutenant Maplegin so I'm praying the rain eases off sooner than later. It's throwing it down here.

Good morning! I think most of yesterday was spent sleeping on my part. And I still feel I could sleep more, but we will have guests later, so I need to be up even if it' s mostly supervising I have been taken off the chemo again for the next few days and Monday is an unscheduled hospital visit. The blood test results were not to the liking of the doctors. In the meantime I might just have a day or two without all the aches. We will see. Off to do canteen duty shortly, but maybe I'll be back in the bunk a bit later

Morning after a pretty-much sleepless night thanks to our blustery friend Gareth.

Awoke with a start about 2am and that was it. I was checking emails at 4am as I couldn't get back to sleep, so I, too, will be going back to bed for a nap before too long.

Thanks for the tea - much needed.

    Stay safe all.

Mornin' troops have to go for a check up at the dentist this morning so I'm glad the wind has dropped down a bit since last night.

Grrr will also have to go in search of a missing parcel from the 'river' around the neighbours. The tracking says it was handed to the buyer at 2.20 yesterday which was when I was at the hairdressers and O/H said nobody delivered anything ! No note was left either.

Think I need some of Sarge's special coffee this morning after the sale I had overnight - especially as it's got to go tracked and signed for to Holland - gulp.

That sale will certainly pay for a few camp sites when we hit the road in June

Apart from that, it was a very stormy night again but we don't appear to have lost anything out of the garden as both sheds are still there and the recently repaired back fence is still intact.

    Keep safe all.
