Seems he met up with two of our oldest friends at a pub last Friday evening and then one of them tested positive. He went for a test himself and thankfully got a negative result this morning. He's going to continue teaching online next week though just to be on the safe side. Lol, I suppose it's a good job that I have had no contact with him for weeks !

Had a 'last chance saloon' meet up with the girls on Wednesday evening and now settling down to the lock down tasks. Managed to get all the grass cut yesterday for the winter and today have tidied up my little front garden while the weather has been dry. The painting can wait until the rain comes again. Will try and get all my Christmas stuff sorted over the next four weeks too, that's if we ever get a Christmas !

Your Maj - even I feel the same, I can't stop keep checking waiting for more results to come in......

Sarge - lovely to read such positivism !

Last store has been updated for shipping costs.
ALL DONE on updating shipping on all my listings. YEAH !!!!

Worked on pinning my items and USA sellers on eBid to SellersMall.
Still have to pin to my individual store accts.

What a wonderful day. Warm and in the 60's.
No coats or sweaters. . . just so nice. (even sweated )
Was able to rake some more rakes and start pulling lumber for the window frames.

Manage to finish 4 pendulums. Need to take pictures and post on "Show off your Crafty Stuff".

Good morning all a much duller morning here. Plenty of Bread for toast if anyone wants.

Maj don't go over doing it.

Annie its good to hear they are looking after your Dad well, must be very confusing for him.

Sgt at least you don't have isolate you can do your own thing, its nice when you can get out in the garden, I always feel better for doing a little out there even if not much, need to do some more .

Afternoon. Sunny here but cold. Been to daughter 2's house this morning to help with the kids as she is unwell. We are in a support bubble this time round so I can see her and the girls. Not looking forward to Christmas this year. Usually daughters 2 &3 come with children and partners on the solstice for our Yule feast but if there still is no meeting indoors we'll just have to get creative.

Been busy scanning and sorting out more goodies to list/put in the charity shop box. My little office floor is looking much clearer that last week - I can actually see the carpet!

I have now got the copy of the Old Sailor's PofA ratified by our local Vicar, who as it turns out, was making pastoral visits to his care home before the lockdown, and knew of Dad which helped.

Relists all done so maybe time for a mug of tea, or maybe Bovril for a change.

    Take care all.

Had some time and took some pictures of the new pendulums I made. (A picture under the forum's craft section)

Did more pinning of items from eBid. I still want to get some more pinned tonight and then I have to hit some other selling sites.

Ripped the framework from one basement window and got it framed, caulked, and painted. Tomorrow I will give it another coat of paint and touch up the caulk.

The other basement window is in the "dark" and full of green moss mold. I scrubbed and bleached it down and it should be ready for tomorrow morning to be worked on.

I was checking one other window frame that I may have the lumber on hand and get that one replaced.

We're supposed to have 2 more 60+ degree weather and I need to get stuff done.

The neighbors finally cut their cornfield, so the cats and I went for a walk to look for mice and chipmunks.

If there are to have all the parties they keep talking about on the radio for next year think there will be lots of them.

Annie glad you have the paper work sorted, it seems to take so long to deal with, hope the old Sailor is coping in these hard times.

a real damp & miserable morning,

hope you all have better weather.

Morning one and all. Just glad I'm not out in the damp mist & fog - everyone looks well wrapped up at our local war memorial.

Apart from that, nothing planned for today except to keep warm and dry.

Have all a good day and stay safe.
