Well done to ASDA they are sending 2 lots of cornflakes, ( one gluten free ) and no sugar and swapping my spuds for farm stores crap, how the hell can they have no sugar whatsoever in the shop

Slept most of yesterday, watched tv till 3 am, up at 8 for the cats, back to bed and then slept again.
Cannot believe how tired and discombobulated I am after only one night without light heat sleep.
Shower is great. Will not take it all for granted for some time to come I don't think.
