Good news today

My GP sent me a message to tell me that my most recent blood test result shows that my dietary changes have meant my results are well within the healthy range so Diabetes remission was achieved within a couple of months .....yay!

The nurse practitioner threatened me with meds on the day of Diagnosis so I told him I would sort it out myself lol

Glad Sunny you have managed to sort your health out, do stay safe, apart from Dog walking we only, shop & go to MIL's N stays in the car to be safe & only goes inat MIL but keeps a distance, think thats all we can do to be sensible, as for masks always feels safer with masks but asd said earlier so many won't use them

Yesterday looks like it was the last warm day in the 70's.

I had a lot of stops to make and by the time I got home, I was able to enjoy a couple of hours of the warm temps. Went to the back yard, and laid on the pier with the sun facing me. I fell asleep for quite awhile and then . . . .
COLD air came across me, darkness and rain.

A cold and dreary day today.

Just a quick one hope everyone is okay, Just back from going to Dentist with N he has had a tooth extracted, he can't eat or Drink yet, its the fact of no cup of tea.
