It's been a vile day here, very strong winds and heavy rain. Everything strewed over the garden.
I didn't have to go anywhere, so not too bad.
Lamb shanks in minted gravy, mashed and roast spuds, carrots, cabbage, leeks, baby corns and yorkshire puds were on tonight's menu.
JR has pigged his (can't fancy mine yet, just swigging a couple or three glasses of Southern Comfort on the rocks!)
Now he is waiting for his Sunday treat .... his toffee, nut and chocolate ice cream cone.
He's done now't but watch blerdy football all weekend ....

It's very sunny, somewhat warm but a chilly wind.

I have been cutting out patterns from an old quilt. Some of them are cats.
I have the cats eyes in place and working on threading the whiskers.
There's a secondary scrap quilt that will be cut up for mini pillows.

I got a call from a client that I have work for tomorrow.

Bitterly cold outside but no frost and wind has dropped. Two cats been out and in again.

Borders, I hate the wind, especially since last Decembers outages.

Ello troops, just popping in to inspect you all and make sure you are keeping the barracks spick and span.



Just trying to think of all the exciting things I've been doing since I was last in. Had my military short back and sides, had a replacement filling at the dentist, paid another bill of over a £1000 to my solicitor and just to round it up nicely went to a funeral this morning. Oh happy days !
Did have a night out with the girls last Friday and should be seeing my brother at some point this week so not all doom and gloom.

Have been working hard on the garden trying to get it into some sort of shape for when the house goes on the market. As usual him upstairs has done nothing. I've dragged all his junk from under my shed that he put there two years ago plus all the rotten planks of wood he left lying around the garden and dumped everything into his area. I wonder how many weeks it will be sitting there ?!

I wouldnt do a bleerdy thing apart from dump his junk in a pile, the lazy pig. if fact I think I would have beat the crap out of him by now preferably with a mallet
