Just got some groceries delivered...spuds, bread, veg, the standards. Did something to my neck awhile back...hurts to turn it.. Had a massage several weeks ago, and then it was fine for a couple weeks. Got bad, so tried massage again....no joy.

Woke up to fog...I love fog. It's cleared now, and the magpies and a few starlings and sparrows are darting around. Mealworms disappear at night, so the hedgehog is on duty.

Well, it's been a glorious day here in sunny Suffolk - and oh boy, did the wildlife come out in force!
We have had a swarm of ladybirds, both inside and outside the house. Wasps, bees and hoverflies all emerged too.

Hey your Maj, hope your neck pain alleviates - I also suffer from neck/back/shoulder pain. I have tried many remedies, but I reckon that mine is down to when I broke my shoulder way back in the 1970's.
I did go for therapy on my back pain ( a birthday gift of 2 sessions with a chiropractor) but I never went back after my sessions as I thought that the bloke yapped too much (he annoyed me) and was only interested in stretching out a remedy to get more money.
If you get inundated with applicants for the masseuse, cook, cleaner, and gardener please send them my way.

Pam, always lovely to hear from you. Yes, I'm getting very worried about the amount of stuff we have here. All cupboards, top of wardrobes, garage, underneath storage boxes are just bursting with not only our stuff but also all the belongings from the kids who have either had a broken relationship and moved house and dumped all their stuff here. As both JR and I are getting older I worry what will happen to everything when we have popped our clogs.

Hope the sore necks & backs will benifit from the warmth from the sun, must admit we have once the early morning mist go the sun has been good this week but think today no sign of sunshine.

Yes when walking the friends dog this morning the birds were out in force.

Mmm... idea of a cuppa sounds pretty good, thanks... We have a bright and sunny day here again in the Medway valley and forecast sounds good for tomorrow too. I'm enjoying this autumn so far!
