except a small core of regular posters - everyone has disappeared from the forums. Was it the change or are they just too busy now? It used to be i could spend a good hour or more reading and replying to threads but now it can be done in 10 minutes.

Good morning! The sun is still shining, though the forecast is for rain. I left tea and coffee in the canteen and there is bread I made last night.. Sarge, I think it is time to find a home for OS. You could start by not using the soft and kind approach, but use the Sergeant Major voice. Clive is very good at telling his mother off when she is unreasonable, though I have been known to loose my temper with her. The advantage for us is that we can walk away and she can't follow. And because your Dad still can do this it would be better to have him move before things get worse. My visit to the specialist went well, though nothing knew learned. Had 5 'bottles' of blood taken, next week I have another scan and a biopsy, and the week after that I see the doc again. The test results should be there then and he will tell me what happens next. And in between I am visiting the chest clinic, so I am seeing a lot of the medical profession in the next few weeks.
I am now going off and think about what to list in support of the YDC...I am also open to suggestions if anyone wants to help me

Morning - thought I had already reported in ......................... too much going on with himself going into work today on non-driving duties. He's much better, thank goodness, and reducing his medication on advice of his doctor.

New listings up yesterday and more in the pipeline - just need to get rid of a few to make room on my storage shelves

Sarge - I agree with meebo re: the OS. I remember what it was like for my mother looking after my grandmother who lived with us in the 1960s. If it hadn't have been for our GP who insisted Grandma went into a home, Mum would have had a breakdown.

Thanks for the kind words troops. Doctor has just been and I'm now waiting for an ambulance to take him to hospital for assessment so I'll report in later as I'm going with him.
