I've been behaving, this cold weather has meant no kilt wearing for the forseeable future.

As for moving house Sarge, we have been at the same address for the last 27 years, and though it is not perfect, I would only move if it was to somewhere like Exmoor, and we will never be able to afford such a move !!

Well all I can say Sarg.. now would be a great time for recruiting, both sellers and buyers are on the war path and ready to retreat! Neither side seem to have any re-inforcements to back them!!

Good morning! It is COLD. So I may have to add something to the coffee to warm everyone up. I am pleased to say that the packing of china and glass is approaching the end. And after that that we can empty the loft and the garden sheds and....
The house now has a For Sale sign up, which really gives me a strange feeling and on the 30th there is an 'open House' arranged, so that has given us a bit of a push to get things cleared. Right, I am off to do some listing
