Good morning! Coffee is ready and I hope the Sarge had a safe journey. I have been doing some listing yesterday. I have 877 auctions running, though I had promised myself at some point not to go over 600, as then I would have problems keeping an eye on things. And I was so right. Things keep on disappearing and that is usually when someone has been sneaky and bought something. Not good for my blood pressure.
Annie, I hope the packing is progressing well. We will be entering the loft in the old house this week and I am soooooo scared! Maybe I will have to give freecycle a try

Did a lot of packing/sorting out yesterday - have a car load to take down to the Sally Army shop as well.

Must dash to have a shower before the first pick-up of today!

Well done Corporal Pipeau I've just tried to clarify things !

Had a safe journey thanks Private Meebo and the sun is shining on the boats in Falmouth harbour so all is well ! Tut.... apart from having someone sneak in and complete a transaction while I was on the road last night so now I have to do a tour of Falmouth post office. Can't turn your back for a moment these days !

Good morning! Looks like another warm day today (I know it's still dark) Coffee is next on the agenda and then over to the other house for some cleaning. and before you ask - it's not cleared yet! But it looks as if we have a buyer and that family lives literally around the corner in the next road. Fingers etc crossed.
Did scan a few books yesterday, so they may get listed this evening, if I am not too tired
I have just remembered that I made some bread last night, so that thought makes me hungry. (trots downstairs)

Morning meebo and the rest of the troops! Grey and windy here!

Exciting day ahead sitting around the house waiting for the "fosse septique" to be inspected in line with new regulations! Not only is the inspection mandatory but we have to pay for the privilege too! Any time from 9am onwards - so lets hope they are early so we can use the rest of the day!

I know - I doooooo lead such an exciting life....

Morning troops. Well, after a very wet and wild night, it's turning into a lovely morning, here. It'll be even better when I finally get my caffeine levels up. I'm on my third mug and still feel like a half-shut knife. Better make the next pot double strength Kpte. Meebo. I've got my parents coming round for lunch so I'd better get the place sparkling or it'll not pass inspection.

Oh, LCpl. Pipeau, you should have said and I would have sent Cpl. Dropsies over for a pre-inspection inspection and Pte. Ntings to do any required work. Cpl. Dropsies is still our leading latrine specialist but since the promotions she only carries a replica mop and even that's only on ceremonial occasions.

Keep up the good work on the listing front

Sun is also shining here further up the coast
.... whatever has happened to Duffy? He must be spreading the word as Oz has been very 'active' this week; however more listing done to repair the damage so all is well here in downtown Carsnoots....

Well - he's been (if you'll pardon the expression!) and was rather younger and more dishy than I expected a fosse inspector to be!! The fosse has passed muster - phew! Part of me thinks, it bloomin' well should as we only had it put in two years ago but then it is a relief as we don't have any dosh to put it right had there been problems identified!!

Right off to do my re-listings!
