Evening troops. Well, you all seem to have been keeping busy. Just too bleedin' busy to guard the perimeter it seems.

It's nice to see Kpte. Meebo being so popular with everyone. So many people have taken time to write a wee message to let everyone know how nice she is. I think, if one more person adds a message of appreciation, we should have a wee party to let her know that we love her, too.

I too went for a siesta after lunch - and just woke up now at 11pm! Wasted day. On the other hand found a new supplier of gorgeous jewellery so i need to have a good look.

Good morning! Better make the coffee that extra bit special. And after the mega shop yesterday, I can offer croissants, malt loaf, fruit loaf, tiger bread and / or granary bread.There could be something else I have forgotten, as there are still 2 bags that weren't emptied yesterday. I lost 3 yesterday - one was so local that the buyer had it in his hand within the hour - I put it there personally. I hope I'll get feedback ( but I am not holding my breath). I will replace the losses - got a dozen books to list later
And have I missed something? (Praise? for moi?)

I've missed it too, meebo - but I'm sure it was richly deserved wherever it was. I'm happy to say that I think you are brilliant! So will this be a mid-week party then? Or do we have to wait until the weekend?

Well, it looks like the rain has stopped again and their is some blue sky - not quite enough to make a sailor a pair of trousers yet though....
