Good morning. Is that blue sky I see outside? I wonder if it will last. We are having the first BBQ of the year on Saturday, so let's hope so. Must dash to the canteen and open the door for the carer. I need a big pot of tea and OH will want coffee. As I made lots of bread yesterday there is no shortage. Morning - we have sunshine and blue sky but there are grey clouds over the hills in the distance.

May get some gardening done today if it stays dry enough. Must dig out all the daffodil bulbs that failed to flower - again - this year.

Defences holding up well as no losses for over a week now
