New ball cock is now fitted, next is to wait for Ian to fix the roof or at least find out where it's leaking so it can be plugged, I think it's the cladding that he put one upright between the two levels as it only leaks when it's windy so seems to be blowing in.
Sarge, I love the painting of the lilly and i have a collection of coffee pots similar to that one, my smallest is 1 1/2" and biggest is 6ft, It's said they are Turkish but come from India

Thank you Private Majesty I shall tell him he has Royal approval. The one you like is a screen print, I really like it too. I have two other screen prints of his hanging along with that one on my stairs. ​

You are right Private Cats. Number 1 is my all time favourite and I would never part with it. It is done in water colour and just the way the moonlight picks out the tin mine I think is beautiful and really captures the spirit of Cornwall.

(Now that I have distracted 'em with the paintings they might not notice that I have had another bomb in disguise planted in my shop !)
