Good morning! My day started with thunder and rain (I didn't see any lightning) I also mopped the kitchen floor which I should have done last night, but forgot. I made beetroot bread yesterday and as I am a messy cook the floor showed signs of my activity. Anyway, tea and coffee are also made. Today is taken up with last minute shopping and prep for tomorrows garden party. So please, dancing4rain, no more, no more dancing till after the weekend

Morning - we have sunshine - just - but a very ominous black cloud is peeping up over the hills. And we have workmen here today to finish the guttering.

Have now scanned over 400 vintage/old holiday postcards only to find that I had already done some of them ages ago! And the difference between the colour quality from the HP printer/scanner that Windows 8.1 gave up talking to and the new Canon printer/scanner is very noticeable. The Canon quality is nowhere near as good Must get himself to look at the settings.

Now to sort and label scans ............................ that's today taken care of. And then I must start thinking about what to take to France the week after next

Fingers are very swollen with what looks like blisters under my skin, no idea what it is but it hurts, so not typing much but am reading.

Coffee time here, sun went away while walking rex at 8.00 am but now is lovely & sunny so am tempted to take coffee into the garden, as they say it won't last.
