Finally got through to Argos after hanging on the phone for 50 minutes. I was told the driver had run out of legal driving hours and I should have had a phone call to say so, which I didn't. I was told they now can't deliver it until tomorrow. Needless to say I have just sent an email to tell them exactly what I think of their customer service !!!

Thanks for the tip off Private Wicca, I've just read the AOL report. What a load of bulls**t they spun me this morning. I certainly won't be buying anything from them for a very long time ! No wonder it took me 50 minutes to even get through !

I feel for you. Sounds similar to here. I have lived all over the US and Fairbanks is the only town I've lived where the employees are in charge, There's not enough employees for the jobs so they just show up when they want, do what they want and act like they want and the customer is an unwanted inconvenience taking up time they would rather be doing something else, anything else but work. If the businesses were to fire them they would literally have to shut down.
