Thread: Over half a million auctions at last!!!!

Ello troops. Grrrr everything seems to be a hassle at the moment Private Mcc2. I was supposed to have the gas engineer here today to service my gas fire and outside water heater. He then sent a text last night saying he didn't think it a good idea to do the water heater today ( I don't know why as we didn't have showers until late in the afternoon ?!) and that he would do it in the spring as it looked fine with a visual check last time ?! He said he would do my fire but hasn't texted me back to say when !

Have rearranged my farewell girls night (sniff, sob) for Wednesday instead of Friday, but only two can come instead of the four, before I get plunged into isolation !

Have also managed to get a trip to the army barber arranged for Wednesday so that is a relief as a cut is well overdue as it is without adding another four weeks of growth.

Not at £200 a copy! No idea what a Solicitor would charge, so I'm going to ask my local Vicar if she would countersign a copy in exchange for a donation to the church funds. Failing that, the Manager of the Old Sailor's care home as there is no way I'm sending the original documents in the post to NS&I.

Just a bit more postage editing to do and then I can then [hopefully] start preparing some new listings.

And then maybe himself will bring me a coffee and some gingernuts

So far, over 400 listings that had the shipping cost updated (Two shops are done with updates).

This morning, will be working on more shipping updates.

Couple of days of no work and a couple of days of 60 degree weather.
The final days to get some outside work done. Mowed and mulched the leaves and blew out the back tire on the rider lawn mower. Quick yanked it out and took in to the gas station. Finished mowing for the season. (Next year, I need to replace the back tires)

Still have some racking to do in the gardens.
Hopefully I can get the two basement window frames replaced today.

And I'm trying to find the milk that's in the big freezer out in the garden shed but owing to someone else's 'filing' arrangments, I can't find it! So it'll be UHT instead.

Rather nippy over here in Mid Wales - the bin men looked very cold at 7.30am emptying our bins, etc.

Now looking for a box to pack some books in - just in case

    Have all a good day.

I've certified on several occasions. Being retired makes no difference. Retired teacher, lecturer and F.E.Principal...same system for many legal things; in some cases (e.g. passport) one has to know the subject personally.
