I can't see any auctions listed for you, if you have a query I suggest you email support@ebid.tv.

Can you not capitalise every word it makes it difficult to read, thanks.

I really thought the lifetime plus fee meant one time everything after that was FREE. I received an invoice and am charged for features, etc., so others probably read it incorrectly and how could that be prevented in the future with new sellers?

Lifetime Membership & Basic listings are free.

Additions always cost extra like bold and highlight.

Wouldnt it be a little boring if every item has maximum exposure?

Plus during listing it shows how much it costs next to the feature name usually £0.03, etc.

If your items are still listed, check which items say 'featured' as the listing type and close them- you can use the 'repost similar' function to repost as free listings.
Then email the support team on support@ebid.tv to advise you listed auctions as featured by mistake, in similar circumstances they have refunded. Finally, in your 'my defaults' area on ebid. check that your default is set to 'free'

Errrr, I know I'm only a newbie myself but why is this thread in the Automotive section?
Surely there's a more appropriate place it could be shifted to so as to get more response
Not that the info given hasn't been first class.
    Just asking,
    Steve

Whilst agreeing with your comment that it isn't in a very prominent position being in the Automotive thread,I think you'll find, looking at the date, that the problem has probably been rectified.Your post has now brought it to the top of the list again!
