It's worse than you think though. I hope you don't have any CO2 guns in your collection. It's against EBid rules to sell CO2 cartridges. They are a 'firearm' apparently :-)

So all the people who use them for soda makers or other pressurised kitchen devices are well and truly screwed then.

I have a CO2 bulb in my tyre repair kit on my bike, I never considered it a weapon... Looks like I'll have to have a sticker done "ARMED AND DANGEROUS" LOL

I've just discovered that since October last year, here in the UK it is illegal to buy an air rifle unless you are stood in a shop ... fine for those that are closer than 200 miles to a gun shop, but not so fine for me.
Does anybody know what the law is now relating to purchasing a second hand air rifle?

I didn't expect it all to be quite so complicated and I'm mad with myself because there was one at a house clearance sale last year and while I was stood looking at it somebody else snatched it up.
I'm getting slow in my old age ...!

Interesting, I have a half dozen air rifles for sale not to mention a few nice center fire pistols and rifles. but as far as the air rifles go, I don't know if I could ship to you.

What has happened in the uK and other areas, do the people sleep while they loose their god given rights?

I think that one would have to be a question to support.Air rifle pellets are, although technically "ammunition", just pieces of lead.
Ammunition in the context above would,imo,be shells containing explosive powder.
Let's face it potatoes for a spud gun could be construed as ammunition!

I wasnt talking about selling on e- bid i was talking about selling directly without e-bid. Possibly using gun-brokers dot com if necessary. i dont know his laws and thought I would ask. I would Never sell firearms on e-bid.
