I can't reproduce the problem - you have tried closing the program and starting again? Reinstalling it?

If when the progam was installed, the "run from Hard Disk" option was not selected, it may be that you need to have the disk in the drive to run the program.
Best bet is to reinstall and ensure that the full program is loaded to the hard drive.
