Pink is quite trendy & popular for kitchens at the mo.
I've grown tired of changing ALL the kitchen stuff and have decided to make it white...then whatever other colour I use when decorating, I've only to replace smaller items like the fruit bowl, tea, coffee & sugar set...etc to match.

well my mission is to get up with oh at 4am he goes to work at 5.. then i need to do a coat of white paint and then prob 2 coats of the color i choose for the kitchen all done by 12pm when he comes home for lunch lol..

can it be done? i am a pretty fast painter!! and not that messy (honest)

but what color? hmm... kitchen itself is beach and we have black glossy tiles.. tea coffee etc are chrome.. i would love to do lilic or pink but i not sure.. doubt he will like it.. but anything is better than green eh? lol ah chewwww

Really deep hot pink would look great against black tiles. Perhaps, just on one feature wall.

I'm a big fan of stencils
Paint whatever colour you wish hun...white even...then you can add some pink stencils to match the kitcthen stuff thats pink... put a few black stencils on to match the tiles too.
My kitchen is open plan straight into dining room so I've also got a boarder that matches the tiles in the kitchen.
I couldnt find a corner bit in a brown when tiling either so I purchased some wooden beading in a corner shape & dark stained it.
Us gals gotta improvise eh
