  1. #1

    Default mutual withdrawl?

    Hi all

is there anyway u can do a mutual withdrawl of feedback?

My partner left a neautral for an item that never arrived and we had to push for a refund

this member has now left me a neautral and it has effected my score,i am new here so dont want a low score

is there a form i can send the seller to see if they agree to remove the comments?

The major difference between here and the other side is that it is possible to edit feedback. Just go to the myeBid page, click the my feedback tab on the right hand-side of the page. Then click th option to view/edit what you have said.

If the seller has done a lot of transactions one neutral wont make a big differance to the total % , but if you have only done a few transactions it will make a bigger differance.
I have had a neg for a retalitory feedback from a non - payer and its very annoying , but i tried to get it wiped off from support but the buyer said they had sent a cheque which was untrue so i was stuck with it.
But give support a try and explain circumstances it may be removed.

Send support an email support@ebid.tv explaining what has happened. If they feel it is the correct thing to do they will remove the feedback.

Having read the feedback left for you, unless CMJ has changed it, I don't see that it's "nasty".She is a regular contributor to the forum so you could send a PM if you're not happy.
