Default URGENT help required please - combined invoice / postage

I have sold 4 items to a buyer in Oz, have quoted them a combined P & P price. I'm trying to send an invoice, but I can't find how to add the P & P charge. Any ideas? Many thanks

You can add a percentage discount or a fixed discount against the total shipping costs you quoted when starting the auctions in question.

    eg.

Each of the 4 auctions had shipping set at £2.50 to australia. You agreed a combined cost of £8, you would add a fixed discount of £2 to the invoice.

Gazza - many thanks for reply - managed to work that £discount bit out whilst waiting for a response here and sent out the invoice with an explanation to the buyer:just hope they understand what I mean. Just feel a bit vulnerable as I would have preferred to be able to see the final costs for goods and shipping prior to sending the invoice. Also, I have approx 150 auctions running with no overseas shipping details, so I am now worried about how that will work out in future combined purchase situations.
Thanks again for quick and personal response
