Prayer Chain for:
Peggys Friend John - Bladder Cancer -- had bladder removed and cancer is spreading. Update - Having radiation 4 days and chemo 1 day each week. Praise - There were more tumors when he went back for check up so they are giving him another round of the treatments ---- they were concerned that it had spread to his kidneys and when they did the scan the kidneys were all clear. Also for most of the treatments he has had little pain and sickness which is a great blessing.

Sophia's niece- Had emergency delivery (baby seems fine) due to mother having pneumonia and swine flu. Praise - She is doing better. She is now eating solid food as they have removed her feeding tube and she is supposed to go home the end of September, although I haven't heard yet if she has. Update - Taya is now home with her family recovering and healing quicker than any doctor could anticipate or any of us could imagine. She uses an oxygen tank & wheelchair when she's out & about.

Meebo (Margarete) - Breast Cancer Praise - Praise the Lord, after her recent treatment she was told that no more cancer cells had been found.
Jackie's husband Brad - Went for his treatment today and the Urologist found white cells where they didn't belong. Doctor will have to do a painful biopsy. Praise - His infection is clearing up from antibiotics and won't need a biopsy done after all. Thank You Lord.
Jackie's friend Jenny - Had a miscarriage, needless to say she is devastated. Update - She is doing well overall, but has days where she is still has a hard time accepting.
Stitchsyl's Daughter - In intensive care on a ventilator, unable to breath on her own. Update - She is out of the intensive care unit, off the ventilator, and walking for short distances.
Linda's Daughter Lynette - Be in prayer for her financial situation. The School she teaches at say's she needs to be back by December, yet she's still not strong enough to go back to work.
Hopeful2's daughter Rene - Is having breathing problems since getting over the flu.

Dear Father, Thank you for the united prayer resulting from this thread and for those who do so much to make this list possible. There are so many needs and a lot of them are not even voiced. There are personal unspoken needs too that need Your attention. Thank you for the answers You have given to our prayers and those You are going to answer. We ask in the Name of Jesus, Your Son as He intercedes with You that these needs above be taken care of according to Your will. Amen

Good Evening All:
Hope things are going well today. I'm continually thankful to God who is a very present help in our time of need. I sense His presence & strength even in the midst of our heavy and serious prayer list. I just praise God for being Jehovah Ra-ah (The Lord Our Shepherd) - the One who watches over us. Jehovah-Jireh (The Lord Our Provider). Jehovah-Shalom (The Lord Our Peace). Jehovah-Rapha (The Lord Our Healer). Jehovah-Tsidkenu (The Lord Our Righteousness). Jehovah-Nissi (The Lord Our Banner). His banner over us is love and protection. Jehovah-Shamma (The Lord is Present). El-Shaddai (The Almighty God) is Jehovah-Elyon (The LORD God Most High); the LORD is God (Jehovah-Elohim). Praise God!

There is power in the Name of Jesus! Power to meet our every need. The Name of Jesus is above every sickness, circumstance, situation that we face, no matter how bad it looks. Thank you Jesus for your Name, for your Word, for your Blood, and for your Power. The power to change our circumstances. LORD please continue to watch over those on our prayer list, bring healing and deliverance to them physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, financially, and in what ever area of their lives needed. I guess you see I did the PM before I did much reading -- sounds like we are on the same team.

The joining in prayers are powerful and of the 5 requests I have posted 3 of them have been so gratefully fulfilled and answered by our Precious Heavenly Father. If we ask in Jesus name really believing on Him He will intercede with the Father for us to get our prayers answered. Our prayers are not always answered according to our plans and often when we take a look back
we are so glad they weren't. Thank you for all who have joined in prayer for those needs made known on this thread.

When I was reading your post of the Names and power of God I thought --- not only is He there for everything but everything is so important to Him to have a SPECIAL NAME for it. It is so wonderful to have a team of prayer warriors and workers and then to have the Son of God that is waiting to intercede with His Father for them.

Dear Father, Thank you for giving Your Son to shed His blood that I might have forgiveness of my sins just by accepting His invitation to do so. Please remember the ones on the list on this thread and in our private lives as all our needs are not on the list. I ask You to help John as he is going through the radiation and chemo therapy so that he will not get so sick. I ask this in the name of Your Son and to bring Honor and Glory to You and all in Your will. Amen

Please be with those who are in extreme pain and you know how the swine flu seems to be hitting so many and you know just how to help those in need. Even prayer warriors need extra prayer assistance sometimes and please Dear Jesus, intercede with Our Father for help. Nothing is too big or too small to be important to You. I have a very dear friend who has been diagnosed with the swine flu and is in special need of Your help for her and her family and if it is in Your will please ease the pain right now and comfort her. In Jesus name I ask this, Dear Father. Amen

Dear Father, Thank you for Your wonderful blessings and that we can come to You in our time of need. Jean is struggling with things that are happening in her life and I ask that You please help her through them and although sometimes it is hard for us to understand why things are happening in our lives You understand it all and if it is in Your will that Jean should understand it please enlighten her.
