Thread: Login Problem from two machines XP and Win2000

Unhappy Login Problem from two machines XP and Win2000

Having originally registered on my XP machine,

    try to login on https://secure.ebid.net/perl/login.cgi?home=uk
does not work from my Windows 2000 machine.
After entering username and password combination and pressing the continue button,

I get Dialogue box Security Alert "You are about to be directed to a non secure site Continue".

When I respond Yes I am still left with the login page.

Funnily enough though I am writing this from my windows 2000 machine logged in via the forum user interface top right.

I cannot get to my auction summary though! I get taken to the login page.

Try logging in again, and if you get the same login page, just take a peek at the top of your browser and see if your membername is there instead of the login link. If your membername is there, just click on it and it'll take you to your ebid summary page.

This happens to me from time to time and I'm on XP.
