How do I open a store-Newbie

Please advise on how to open a store, as there no prompts that I can see that take you directly to the set-up. There is is plenty of information about what can be done with a store-FAQ, but nothing with actual instructions-Please help

Hi there.
Everything to do with managing your buying and selling works from a single start point. There is a link at the top of each page named "My eBid". Click that and have a look around. The link for stores is on the right. Just click it and follow the on-screen instructions.

Just clicked on 'My Ebid' and I can't see anything that takes me to open a store.
